About the Role
Invarium Group of Companies is looking for a skilled and personable Barista to run our employee café, crafting quality espresso drinks, teas, smoothies and handcrafted beverages while keeping daily operations, hygiene standards and stock levels running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, teas, specialty coffee, smoothies, and handcrafted non-alcoholic mocktails/beverages.
- Develop and update creative mocktail recipes and drink menus for daily service and company events.
- Manage daily operations and maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the employee café area.
- Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and order supplies including coffee beans, syrups, fresh fruits, garnishes, dairy, and café consumables.
- Assist with setting up and catering refreshments and mocktail stations for internal meetings and official events.
- Clean, operate, and maintain professional espresso machinery, blenders, and beverage equipment.

Requirements
Qualifications
- High School qualification / O-Levels required.
- A Certificate in Barista Skills, Bartending/Mixology, or Hospitality Training is preferred.
Experience
- 2 years of experience as a Barista or Mixologist in a commercial café, hotel, or corporate environment.
Skills & competencies
- Strong hygiene, sanitation and food safety discipline.
- Creativity in beverage and menu development.
- Good stock and inventory management.
- Reliable, well-presented, and customer-focused under pressure.
