An up-and-coming, enthusiastic leader is sought to manage a stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Harare. We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and the drive to deliver extraordinary guest experiences, while confidently managing all aspects of hotel operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5-7 years proven experience as a Hotel Operations Manager or General Manager in a similar upmarket setting.
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management.
- Strong understanding of key business functions: HR, finance, sales & marketing, revenue management, and day-to-day hotel operations.
- Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Opera, Micros, and Microsoft Office.
- Confident in strategic planning, with exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach - coach, mentor, and motivator.
- Strong financial acumen and innovative thinking to drive performance.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
