Nash Paints Group is hiring a Chief Operations Officer.
Duties:
- Lead and oversee Group operations and execution; support strategic growth, expansion and scalability.
- Drive operational efficiency; improve KPI reporting and systems visibility.
- Monitor performance, budgets and resource utilisation; ensure policy and regulatory compliance; report to executive leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' senior operations-management experience (FMCG, manufacturing, retail or large-scale operations).
- Strong leadership and strategic planning; understanding of ERP systems, reporting and operational dashboards.
