About the Role
Phase 1 Launch: January 2027. Vicbee College is a new, values-driven secondary school launching in Harare. We are seeking passionate, qualified educators to join our founding team and shape the future of Vicbee.
Positions Available:
- Head Teacher — Part Time.
- Senior Teacher / Teacher-in-Charge — Stipend/Allowance.
- Qualified Junior Teachers x 2.
Subject areas needed: STEM, Business Studies, Humanities.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Education.
- ZIMSEC and/or Cambridge experience is essential.
- Must be able to teach 2 or more subjects.
- Commitment, integrity and a passion for student excellence.
- Experience in curriculum development and co-curricular activities is an advantage.
