About the Role
A 24-month Graduate Traineeship Programme for suitably qualified young persons aged 26 and below, in one of the following disciplines: Mining, Metallurgy, Geology, Survey, Rock Mechanics, Ventilation, SHE, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Human Resources, Finance & Administration, or Information Technology.
Requirements
- A relevant degree from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn; strong problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- For the Mining Graduate Trainee, a valid mine blasting licence is mandatory.
