About the Role
Zimbabwe Property Owners Trust (ZIPOT) is looking for a Marketing Officer and Clerk for its Masvingo branch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To market ZIPOT and its services.
- To educate members on the value of title deeds and other property rights (through which process members join ZIPOT).
- To assist members in the formation of housing cooperatives and associations aimed at empowering ordinary citizens in acquiring property.
- To assist property owners to efficiently manage their properties.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- One year field-marketing experience.
- Minimum of 5 O' Levels including English and Maths.
- Certificate or any qualification in marketing is a plus.
- Experience working in the legal field or real-estate market an added bonus.
- Proven ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Must be able to start as soon as possible.
