About the Role
Harare International School invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit tenders for gardening, grounds maintenance and landscaping services at its Mount Pleasant campus.
The service includes campus gardening, landscaping, lawn care, sports-field maintenance, flower beds, trees, shrubs, pathways, verges, litter clearing, irrigation monitoring and related grounds-maintenance services.

- Tender Issue Date: Friday 17 July 2026.
- Site Visit Option 1: Wednesday 22 July 2026 at 10:00 hrs.
- Site Visit Option 2: Thursday 23 July 2026 at 10:00 hrs.
- Site Visit Option 3: Friday 24 July 2026 at 10:00 hrs.
- Tender Closing Date: Friday 7 August 2026 at 12:00 noon.

Requirements
- Interested service providers must have relevant experience for similar institutional, commercial, school, estate or large-campus work.
- Adequate capacity and contractor-owned equipment.
- Valid compliance documentation and insurance cover.
- References for similar work.
- Late submissions will not be considered; HIS is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
