About the Role
Fundhouse Finance seeks a dynamic, results-driven Branch Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive business growth and oversee high-quality portfolio management at a branch. You will supervise branch staff, ensure operational and regulatory compliance, drive client acquisition (with a strong emphasis on business loans) and maintain an optimal loan portfolio.

Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive experience in microfinance/credit management, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior loan-officer role. A strong background in business-lending evaluation is required.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Finance, Banking, Business Management, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
